【如若念诵及转发流布，功德无边】莲师发自西南罗刹境警世函
༄༄།། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨ་འདྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས་ལྷོ་ནུབ་སྲིན་པོའི
ཡུལ་ནས་བསྐུར་བའི་འཕྲིན་ཡིག་བཞུགས་སོ།།
A MESSAGE SENT BY UGYEN PADMA JUNGNEY FROM THE SOUTH-WESTERN LAND OF DEMONS.
སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནུས་མཐུ་ཡིས།།
启承诸佛威力故
By the power of blessings of all Buddhas.
ད་ལྟ་བདེ་བ་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཞིག་འབྱུང་དུས་འདིར།།
现今获此短暂安乐时
When there is peace just for a moment, now.
བླ་སྤྲུལ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྙན་གྲགས་ལས་ལ་འབད།།
僧众活佛汲汲于名闻
All Lamas and incarnations (will)
go for fame and popularity.
མི་ཡུལ་འགྲིམ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་མགོ་བོ་བསྐོར།།
云游四方欺蒙诸信士
Living (wandering) in villages,
they deceive sentient beings (people).
ཁ་བདེ་དྲན་འཕྲུལ་ཅན་གྱིས་གཞན་གྱི་རྒྱུ་ནོར་ལེན།།
处心受取他人资财施蜜语
With adroit talk, trick and deceptive ideas,
they (will) prey upon other’s possession (wealth/property).
རྒྱུ་ནོར་ཆོས་ཕྱོགས་མི་བཏང་རང་གི་བདག་འཛིན་བྱེད།།
广蓄私产不做佛事供
Instead of using wealth
(collection) for dharmic cause ,
they (will) cling to it with attachment.
གྲྭ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཁ་འདོན་མི་བྱེད་བྲོ་དང་གླུ་གཞས་སྦྱོང་།།
僧众不诵经文耽于歌舞伎乐
Monks (will) indulge in singing songs and dancing rather than chanting prayers.
དགེ་སྒྲུབ་སྦྱིན་པ་མི་གཏོང་གཞན་ནོར་ཅི་ལོན་བལྟ།།
不施众善谋虑撷取他方财
Rather than engaging in virtuous acts of
generosity (giving alms to needy),
they (will) look for ways to snatch others’ wealth.
གྲྭ་ཆས་མི་བྱེད་རྒྱ་དང་ཧོར་གྱི་ཆས་སུ་བསྒྱུར།།
不着僧服改着汉地轻便装
Their behaviour (conduct) and costume (will)
change to be that of
anti-Buddhists (countries of Ja and Hor)
ཇོ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ངོ་ཚ་མེད་པར་སྡོམ་པ་ཉམས།།
尼师毁誓破戒无惭色
Ladies (consorts/nuns) will breach
their sacred vows with no hesitation.
རང་རྒྱུད་བསད་ནས་སྡོམ་པ་བསྲུང་ཁུལ་བྱེད།
蒙昧自心伪做护戒相
Defying one’s conscience,
they will pretend to stick to the vow.
དགེ་སྦྱོར་མི་བྱེད་རྒྱན་ཆ་བྱུག་པར་བརྩོན།།
不修诸善勤点胭脂妆
Rather than pursuing virtuous activities,
they (will) engage in adoring themselves
with fancy clothes, ornaments and make-up.
བུད་མེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཟའ་ཚང་བར་ལ་དཀྲུག་གཞི་བྱེད།
女众两舌离间夫妻和
Women will (tend to) cause
disharmony and divorce among
married families (couples).
ཕ་མ་རྣམས་དེ་མི་འདོད་ཕྱི་ལ་ཕུད།།
忤逆父母驱于家门外
They (will) outcast (send down)
ones’ parents against will.
བུ་སྤུན་ནང་ནས་གདམས་གསེས་བྱེད།
致令兄弟阋墙争
They will discriminate even among ones’ children.
རང་རྒྱུད་བསད་ནས་འགྱོད་བཤགས་མེད།།
造诸五过不起惭愧心
Defying one’s conscience,
they will have no regret and repentance.
ཉེ་འབྲེལ་ནང་ལ་མི་ཚངས་སྤྱོད།།
近亲逆伦不净行
They (will) indulge in sexual misconduct
with close relatives.
སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུས་ལ་བདུད་ཞུགས་ནས།།
所作违逆引魔入身
Evil spirit being in human body
ཤོ་སྦག་ལས་ལ་བརྩོན་ནས་བདུད་འདྲེ་འབོད།།
借助鬼神力耽溺赌博中
They (will) toss dice, play filthy magic
calling evil-spirit and ghost
དུ་བ་སྣ་ཐ་སྤྱོད་ནས་བདུད་སྲིན་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་བྱེད།།
瘾恋吸烟鬼神雾里迎
They (will) smoke tobacco,
inviting demons and evil-spirits.
ཆང་རག་འཐུང་ནས་རང་གི་ལྷ་སྲུང་ཕྱི་ལ་ཕུད།།
杯中嗜酒守护善神避门外
They (will) drink alcohol,
driving gods and deities away.
དེ་ཡི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ས་སྟག་ལོ་ནས་སྲིན་པོ་བོད་ལ་ཤོར།།
以此缘由魔众炽盛西域于土虎年
Because of these, Tibet (will) be lost to
demons from Earth Tiger year.
ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་ཀུན་ལ་བདུད་སྲིན་ཉམས་གྲིབ་འབྱུང་།།
各方界域邪魔障难普遍现
Demons, evil-spirits and harmful
forces (will) prevail on in all directions.
སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་མཐའ་ལ་ཐུག།
佛陀法教值遇衰微劫
These will lead Buddha dharma
to its final threshold (to de-generation)
ལྷ་སྐུ་བསྟན་སྲུང་རྣམས་དེ་ཚོང་རྫས་བྱེད།།
佛像法本法器沦落市井为商品
People (will) use god statues,
religious articles for trade (as merchandise)
དེ་ཡི་བཀའ་ཆད་ནད་རིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྱུང་།།
召感罪罚疫病业生成危害
As a penalty, all kinds of
diseases and sicknesses (will) befall.
ཕ་ནོར་རྒྱུ་རྫས་རྣམས་དེ་ཕྱི་གླིང་ཡུལ་དུ་བཙོང་།།
家传稀珍宝物外域作交易
Parental wealth and inheritance (will) be sold to other countries (outside).
དེ་ཡི་གཡང་ཉམས་ཆུ་ལོག་ས་སྙིང་འོང་།།
加持渐失地水灾难兴
This (will) degrades prosperity
and cause flood and landslide.
ཆུ་འགོ་ས་རྒོད་བརྐོས་ནས་ཐོགས་སེར་འབྱུང་།།
滥垦水源荒地降雹雷鼓掣电成灾
Digging water source and resultant landslide
will bring thunder storm and hailstorm.
ཤིང་གཉན་བཅད་ནས་ལོ་ཏོག་ཉེས།།
砍伐林木遭致荒馑年
Trees (will) be cut down leading
to poor crop harvest (yield).
རྐུ་ཇག་འཕྲོག་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་རང་ཉིད་སྤྲང་པོར་འབྱུང་།།
盗贼四起衍生饥贫乞食者
Robbery, loot and theft (will)
cause (turn) one destitute.
ཤོ་སྦག་ལག་ལ་བླངས་ན་དབང་ཐང་ཉམས།།
陷逆赌博运势皆消散
Indulgence in dice tossing and spirit calling
(will) deteriorate one’s fortune and luck.
དུ་བ་སྣ་ཐ་སྤྱོད་ན་ལྷ་སྲུང་ཉམས།།
吸烟成瘾善神护法渐远离
Smoking (will) lead to loss of protection
and grace of gods (deities).
ཆང་རག་འཐུང་ན་ཚེ་ཐུང་ནད་མང་འབྱུང་།།
饮酒过量短寿多病苦
Drinking (alcohol) (will) bring forth
sickness, shortening one’s life.
དེ་འདྲའི་དུས་མཐའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས།།
揭诸末劫有情众
Poor sentient beings of
such final stage (to degeneration)
ད་ལྟ་གནས་སྐབས་བདེ་བའི་དུས།།
当前短促逸乐时
When you have a momentary peace, now.
ལས་དང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་མི་བརྗེད་ནས།།
谨记业与因果相连系
Keep the essence of cause and effect in mind.
ཁ་འདོན་དགེ་སྒྲུབ་མ་བརྗེད་ཨང་།
定时课诵莫忘众善啊
Do not forget to
pray and pursue virtuous acts.
སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་ཉམས་ལ་ཉེ་བ་མི་བརྗེད་ནས།
觉察警醒法教渐失际
Keeping imminent degeneration of
Buddha dharma in mind.
རང་ཉིད་སྡོམ་པ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་སྲུངས།
自当严守戒律诸威仪
Do stick to one’s sacred vow
and dharmic discipline.
འདྲེ་སྲིན་དངོས་རྒྱུག་ཡིན་པར་མི་བརྗེད་པར།
假如鬼魔入侵兴害意
Recognising real wander (prevalence) of
demons and ghosts.
པདྨ་ང་ལ་གསོལ་བ་ཐོབ།
且对莲师尊前一念祈
Pray to Padma (me)
སྟག་གི་ལོ་ནས་སྲིན་པོ་བོད་ལ་ཤོར་བ་མི་བརྗེད་ནས།
当知虎年邪魔投生藏地后
Keeping the loss of Tibet to demons
from Tiger year in mind.
ཉིན་མཚན་མེད་པར་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་འདོན།
“班札咕噜”昼夜勤持诵
（注）班札咕噜 金刚上师
Chant”Vajra Guru”throughout day and night.
ལྕགས་འབྲུག་ལོ་ལ་སྲིན་པོ་ཆུ་ལ་ཞུགས།
铁龙年魔众入水域
Demons will prevail on in water
in Iron Dragon year.
ཆུ་ལོགས་སྙིལ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་མི་སྲོག་ཕོངས།
水灾地崩恼害众人命
Two-fold flood (water destruction)
(will) take human life.
ལྕགས་སྦྲུལ་ལོ་ལ་སྲིན་པོ་རླུང་ཏང་ཐོག་སེར་ཞུགས།
铁蛇年魔众入风雷霜雹
Demons (will) prevail on in wind,
hailstorm and thunderstorm
in Iron Snake year.
དེ་ཡིས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་འཚེ་བ་བྱེད།
殃及众生遭逆苦困厄
This (will) bring death to animals
ཆུ་ལུག་ལོ་ལ་ངེས་མེད་ནད་རིམས་མང་པོ་འབྱུང་།
水羊年多有疫情传染流布
Many unprecedented infections diseases
(will) break out in Water Sheep year.
ཆང་རག་ཁ་ཟམ་ཅན་དེ་གཟའ་ཡི་ནད་ཀྱིས་འཆི།
酒食过多者因脑血管疾病死
Alcoholics and abusive substance addicts
(will) die to paralysis (stroke)
ཤོ་སྦག་དར་ཕྱོགས་ཕོ་ཁའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་འཆི།
嗜好赌行者因胃疾死
Dice gamblers and filthy players
(will) die of stomach ulcers
(abdominal diseases)
ཚིག་རྩུབ་སྐུར་བ་འདེབས་མཁན་གྲེ་བའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་འཆི།
恶口与谤者因喉病死
Offensive and harsh speakers
(will) die of throat cancer.
སྣ་ཐ་དུ་བ་སྤྱོད་པས་གློ་བའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་འཆི།
吸烟过量者因肺病死
Smoker and tobacco addicts
(will) die of lung cancer.
སྒོང་སྒོག་ཟོས་རྣམས་དེ་གྲིབ་ཁའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་འཆི།
食蛋蒜者梦魇恼乱死
Garlic and egg eaters (will)
die of sickness of contamination.
རྔོན་དང་རི་དྭགས་བསད་རྣམས་རྒྱུ་མའི་ནད་དང་མཆིན་པའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་འཆི།
猎杀兽畜者肝肠病死
Hunters (butchers) and meat eaters
(will) die of intestinal and liver cancer.
དུས་དེར་སྡིག་ཅན་མི་རྣམས་ནད་ཀྱིས་འཆི།
造作诸业者悉得种种苦病死
Sinful and vile of that age
(will) die of various diseases.
ཤིང་བྱ་སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་ཉམས་ལ་ཉེ།
木鸡年佛教式微近灭失
Degeneration of Buddha dharma is
imminent in Wood Bird year.
བདུད་སྲིན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟ་ཁ་དང་།
鬼魔众等易于兴加害
All demons and evil-spirits (will)
have favourable circumstances.
ས་གླང་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁྲུགས་པ་འབྱུང་།
土牛年世界刀兵起
Chaos and disharmony (will) befall
on the whole country in Earth Ox year.
མི་རྣམས་ཕལ་ཆེར་འདི་ཡི་ནང་ལ་འཆི།
众等多于烽火丧黄泉
Most people (high and low) (will) get killed here
དེ་ཕན་འཁོར་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད་དེ་སུས་ཀྱང་བརྗོད་མི་ལང་།
轮回体相不见说分明
The nature of “Samsara”
is beyond the scope of words.
འདི་འདྲ་དུས་ངན་བཟློག་བསམ་ན།
若欲转此恶世成净刹
Should you avert such (bad) age of
degeneration (darkness)?
རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད་པར་པདྨ་ང་ལ་གསོལ་བ་ཐོབ།
当常忆念祈请莲师尊
Pray to me (Padma) regularly and continuously.
ཉིན་མཚན་མེད་པར་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་ཐོན།
“班札咕噜”昼夜勤持诵
【注】班札咕噜：金刚上师
Chant “Vajra Guru“throughout day and night.
ལས་དང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་ཁྱད་དུ་མི་བསད་ན།
若不称信诸业及因果
Should you revere the essence of
Karmic cause and effect.
པདྨ་ང་ཡི་གསུང་འདི་ཉམས་ལེན་མཛོད།
奉行莲师本尊谕
Follow this advice of (mine) Padma’s.
རྒྱུ་འབྲས་སྲུང་བཞིན་སྦྱིན་པ་བཏང་།
不昧因果喜捨行
Sticking to cause and effect,
be generous to give (alms).
རྫུན་དང་མནའ་སྡིག་སྤོང་བར་མཛོད།
妄语恶誓愿力当断除
Avoid sins of lie and false promise (oath).
ང་ཡི་འཕྲིན་ཡིག་འདི་ལ་དད་པ་གྱིས།
且当信奉此信谕
Have faith in and revere this letter of mine.
དེ་འདྲ་ཉམས་ལེན་སུས་བྱས་ན།
若復有人如是行
If you follow them (my instructions) with reverence.
དུས་ངན་དམག་འཁྲུག་ནད་རིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི།
浊世所有兵劫疫病息
All bad times of war, disharmony and
diseases (will) cease to exis
འཛམ་གླིང་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ངང་ལ་གནས།
安住利乐圆满世界中
The world (will) have peace and harmony.
པདྨ་ང་ཡི་འཕྲིན་ཡིག་འདིར།
若復有人深信奉此函
This letter of mine, Padma’s.
འབྲི་འདོན་ཚར་གཅིག་སུས་བྱས་ན།
抄写敬诵转一遍
If you read or recite it once
ཚེ་འདིར་ནད་མུག་མཚོན་འཁྲུག་ཞི།
现世灾病刀兵皆平息
All diseases, poverty and weaponry conflicts
(will) cease to befall in this life.
ཕྱི་མ་ཞིང་ས་བཟང་པོ་ཐོབ།
当来感召净严刹
You will be reborn in
glorious field (heaven) in next life.
ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨ་ང་ཡི་སྙིང་གཏམ་འདི།
邬坚域内莲师心中言谕
This secret heart felt advice of mine. Padma’s.
རྣ་བར་ཐོས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་གདོན་བགེགས་ཞི་བ་དང་།
仅就耳闻威德能消鬼魔障难
Simply hearing it will subside
all evil-spirit and harmful obstacles
ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་འཕེལ་བར་འགྱུར།
寿命福德皆增上
One’s life longevity and fortune
will grow (expand).
ལུས་ལ་བཏགས་ན་ཁ་རྗེ་བསོད་ནམས་འཕེལ་བར་འགྱུར།
随身携此信谕运势日隆广加被
If it is put on body,
one’s fortune and virtue will progress.
འདྲེ་གདོན་ཀུན་གྱི་གནོད་པས་མི་ཚུགས།
鬼魔不能兴苦害
Ghosts and evil-spirits can do no harm
ཁང་ཁྱིམ་ནང་ལ་བཏགས་པས་འབྱུང་བཞིའི་དགྲ་དེ་ཞི།
居室悬挂消弥四大不调及怨敌
If it is hung on house (building),
enemy of four elements
(will cease to exist) subside.
གདོན་བགེགས་འདྲེ་སྲིན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྲུངས།
结清净界邪魔鬼魅摒于外
It (will) avert all evil-spirits,
obstacles ghosts and demons.
དུད་ཚང་གཅིག་ལ་འཕྲིན་ཡིག་འདི་ཡོད་ན།
若有一户奉此信谕
If one family has this letter
གྲོང་པ་དེ་ལ་ཕན་པར་ངེས།
必能饶益邻里众
The whole village (city) (will) benefit.
གྲོང་པ་གཅིག་ལ་འཕྲིན་ཡིག་འདི་ཡོད་ན།
若有乡里奉此信谕
If one village has this letter
རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན།
举国境内皆饶益
The whole country (will) benefit
འཕྲིན་ཡིག་འདི་ལ་པདྨ་ང་།
若人奉行此信谕
I, Padma in this letter,
དབྱེར་མེད་དད་པ་སུས་བྱས་ན།
等与莲师无分别
If you place faith in and revere it with little (no) discrimination
འབྲེལ་མེད་སྤྱི་བའི་རྒྱན་ལ་འོང་།
復得莲师守护头顶三尺处
I will be inseparably (will you )
over your head (like ornament)
བྱམས་པ་མ་བྱོན་བར་དུ་པདྨ་ང་ཡིས་སྐྱབས།
直至弥勒当来下生时
I, Pamda shall take care (protect you ) till
the advent of Buddha Matreya (future Buddha).
འདི་མི་བཅུ་ལ་སྤེལ་བར་སུས་བྱས་ན།
若将此函广传流布及十人
If you distribute (disseminate) it to
at least ten individuals.
ཚེ་འདི་བདུད་སྲིན་ཀུན་ལས་རྒྱལ།
此生常胜魔鬼众
You (will) subjugate (overcome)
all demons and evil-spirits in this life.
ཕྱི་མ་ཟངས་མདོག་དཔལ་རིར་སྐྱེ།
未来得生莲师庄严刹
You (will) be reborn in
the copper-clad(coloured)
mountain (abode of Guru Rinpoche).
འདི་ལ་དད་ལོག་བྱེད་པའི་མི།
对此信函生邪见
One who disbelieve this letter (contents).
ཚེ་འདི་ནད་མུག་མཚོན་གྱིས་འཚེ།
今生灾病刀兵苦逼身
He (will) die of diseases,
poverty and weaponry attack.
ཕྱི་མ་དམྱལ་བའི་གཏིང་ལ་འཇོག
来世地狱苦趣辗转受
He（will）be reborn at the bottom (depth) of hell.
ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས་སྟག་ལོ་ཟླ་བ་དྲུག་པའི་ཚེས་བཅུ་ཉིན་ལྷོ་ནུབ་སྲིན་པོའི་ཡུལ་ནས་བོད་ལ་བསྐུར་བ་རྫོགས་སོ།།
ཧཱུཾ༔ ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཡུལ་གྱི་ནུབ་བྱང་འཚམ༔
པདྨ་གེ་སར་སྡོང་པོ་ལ༔
ཡ་མཚན་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྙེས༔
པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཞེས་སུ་གྲགས༔
འཁོང་དུ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མང་པོས་བསྐོར༔
ཁྱེེད་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་བདག་བསྒྲུབ་ཀྱི༔
བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཕྱིར་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ༔
གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུཾ༔
